Whether it boasts a unique design or just simply fast from a specific period, there are many characteristics that makes a car a classic.
Everyone has their own definition and ideas about what makes a car ‘classic’ but the general assumption is that it is almost always ones from the early 1950’s and there after.
Future modern classics
Besides the cars of yesteryear, there are a number of fairly recent models that also throw their name in the hat and can be regarded as classics of the modern era.
Basically any car still in pristine factory condition could be a glorified classic. Yes, that includes your faithful Nissan Sentra or perhaps a Toyota Corolla handed down from generation to generation.
