Barstow’s NAPA Auto Parts will host a car and motorcycle show Saturday, May 22, to benefit the Intrepid Fallen Hero Fund (IFHF), an organization which serves U.S. military personnel experiencing the “invisible wounds of war” — traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress.
Store Manager Steve Shaw, 61, is coordinating the event with support from store owners John and Connie Jomehri.
“We’re doing a car and motorcycle show just to go that extra mile to help our heroes out and get the community together,” Shaw said.
The Jomehris have owned the NAPA store since 2014, when they purchased it and the car dealerships that formerly belonged to the George Soutar family, according to a previous Daily Press report.
