“Spring Car Cruise-In & Eats,” set for 4-8 p.m. Friday in Sturgis, features a variety of attractions.
Classic vehicles are expected to line U.S. 12 and food vendors will fill Pleasant Street, including On the Roll, Brewhouse Barbecue, Honey Bunnies Catering, Small Town Girl Concessions and fair food served by Ibison Concessions.
The appeal extends beyond auto-collectors and food attractions. Acoustic music by Dave Sparrow and Ben Prowett will be featured on street corners. “Art Around Town” will showcase work by local artists. At 7:30 p.m., Kevin B. Kline will open the Sturges-Young “Summer Concert” series. There is a $5 cover charge for the performance. Food and beverages of choice are available for purchase. Patrons are asked to take a lawn chair for seating.
